I was just about to say that TPU should have a brighter theme, then I spotted Vladmir's style in the prefences ^^ but the top frame isn't big enuf and you've switched off frame resizing.
Also the frame borders should up in IE. I think it'd look better with border: 0

That's a problem with that style, not our HTML code. Feel free to submit a fixed .css file =)

You havn't included the stylesheet in the frame html, so can't add styles to the frames.

Dragonwolf, I've no idea what you mean by "the frame html". It is added to the frame html; it is not added to the frameset html. It should work out which stylesheet to use just as well as the unframed version.
