Well... we've tried and we've tried but they just don't work for some reason, why I'm not quite sure.

In my opinion they don't suit the format of this site. We're all pretty self motivated here(If we weren't well, would we be... is the correct word geeks?). Anyway, I think that because we are so motivated, group learning doesn't suit us. Group learning is a lot like school. Those of us in secondary school are probably good enough, if not a few years more advanced(in an educational sense) than those around us. We prefer to move at oour own pace. Thats why I suggest scrapping them, or finding some way to make them work.

Suggestion - Make them more IRC based, set up #TPU-C, #TPU-Perl (And I'm gonna have to say this or be slayed by the almighty one #TPU-SML :)). They would be idled on constantly by those graced with broadband, and once a week, people would in the IG would meet up and discuss what they're up to etc.

Any comments? (That was not a "I'm wondering if anyone will respond "Any Comments", more a "I know someones gonna reply "Any Comments").

Or how about just #TPU?

If everybody is in one channel, you ask a question and nobody answers, chances are, nobody in TPU is online who is willing to answer your question.

I will answer anyones question to the best of my ability.

This thread isn't attracting much attention, Gods/Admins Maybe its a sign...

It's a sign that you can't create interest where none exists to begin with (without new members).

I agree with taubz. Multiple channel maybe a good idea in a TPU with ALOT MORE members.

Your suggestion would won't bring anymore members that's for sure.

in #TPU if you ask a question you'll get your physch dissected for not knowing the answer, then you'll get gangbanged
