Fixed it!

The cause of several people's several problems with new things not showing up/updating here in the message boards seems to be nothing more than the result of bad cache settings in their browsers! All pages here now have meta headers telling browsers not to cache them, but some of you may need to do one-time things appropriate to get your browser to stop caching the pages it has now.

What if my clock is set to May 1996, will it still not cache it then?
