message listing order

Suddenly the old messages are listed first again. I've tried to correct this on the preference page, but that doesn't make a difference. Has anyone else this problem too?

It works fine for me. Make sure you change it in the individual forums where you have the problem.

That fixed it. Doesn't the selection box on the preference work?

That sets the default that is in effect if you never set specific preferences per forum, which you apparently accidentally did.
