Custom Stylesheets Selection

You can now submit CSS stylesheets that you've made *and* uploaded somewhere to the TPU Themes section of the Resource Links. Links in that category will appear in the Preferences page for everyone to choose from. Use short descriptions!

And we'll be able to host them here soon enough, when we're on a new server to which anyone besides I has access so that I don't have to handle everything myself. =)

I moved the ones that taubz had added onto this server and updated their URL's.

All of the parts are already in transit. Should be assembled in a temporary location by next weekend!
