I accidently turned off my start-up on D:drive command while playing and exploring with dad's computer, (ouch). D:drive will not recognize the disk in drive?

Hahahahaa, maybe you should look at the win98/me/2000 manual instead of bothering programmers with trivial matters. Your statement (is not a question) doesn't even make sense. It would help if you told us what D: was, a CDROM, CDRW, Zip drive, Jaz drive, etc, etc. What the hell do you mean "turned off my startup on D: command"? do you mean removed the third party software from your windows autostart programs, because my CDRW added 3 programs to autostart (which I promptly removed). Or did you screw with the drivers. In either case my suggestion is to not mess around with stuff you dont know about, especially on your fathers computer. Get your own and then screw with it, thats how I learned.

Gian, can we get some sarcasm going here? This kid is starting to burn my biscuits again.

a8gr2001, please ignore CHollman and tell us more about your problem so we can try and help... even if it's not strictly a programming question.

(Seriously, CHollman, instead of giving TPU a bad name by talking down to everyone who has a problem, be nice, or play somewhere else.)

Mr. Hollman: How about you go to a therapist, instead of anoying programmers with trival matters like your sanity?

(How was that taubz? I'm a bit out of practice)
