Where can i find a good OS making tutorial?

OK, this process involves 3 steps:
1)www.google.com 2)"OS Tutorial" 3)"Search Google" If you want to use the google categories try Google-Computers-Programming and there should be something on OS development in there.

googling for that would problably not get you great results, unknown_lamer posted a good tutorial from linux gazette a little while ago, try doing a search on the linux gazette website.
I made a little OS myself, I mean, sure its crap but it only takes up 2 sectors of a floppy and it has NEVER crashed!

hehe.. what does it do? Boots up, says hello world then shuts down?
A program that just does that couldn't crash very easy ^^ Unless the graphics card was a mess ^^

you put in the floppy, turn on the computer, and it says something about it being mopOS. It doesn't even shut down.
still though, it hasn't crashed!
