m back. alot of new people i see.. anyways if anyone knows PHP I have a newbie question. How is it possible to display what is in a MySQL row (users) bases on the $username ?

I said it wrong. let me make it simpler
lets say i want to display whats in the homepage column in the row where userid = "Faisal" in the table "users" what the hell would i do

Just a tip,
If you ever find using databases hard either write yourself a higher level acessing library or download one ( i.e. from http://www.hotscripts.com ), it simplifies coding pages which access databases.
