exercise's password in how to design program (Scheme)

Posted by nicola [send private reply] at January 09, 2003, 04:55:21 AM

I'm reading the book how to design program a guide to program with Scheme in DrScheme enviroment. I've found interesting exercise and I like to know the solution of someone to see if my work was good. When I try to see the solution proposed I have to write a password. Somebody can help me to have this password?

Thanks for this help,
Nicola.

When I hit cancel on the password prompt protecting the solutions, I get told this:

"These pages are password-protected. The passwords are reserved for educators who are part of our TeachScheme! Project. If you are part of the Project, or wish to contact us about this policy, please write us at passwords@htdp.org."

What this means is that only "teachers" (for a strange definition that they're using) can access the solutions.

You could send an email to that address and say that as someone teaching themselves, not being able to see the solutions slows your progress. You might be in luck. Apart from that, feel free to talk about your solution to the exercise here - most of us would be happy to discuss how you're doing things.
