/me sighs
How come we go through these phases of attracting hopeless newbies? Could we please put a big < h1 > sized banner at the top of each phrase saying that the usage of the English language here should at least be elementary. (OK, so I'm not perfect, but that doesn't matter) What is your definition of "gr8" programs? Try going to http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Programming/ and finding a few things there that interest you.

I would like to request that those of you who responded to this try and remember that not everyone speaks English natively.

Well unless this guys native language is SMSCode, then I would guess that English is his native language.

Actualy, I believe his native tongue is in fact English, however he seems to speak the English dialect known as 31337.

His name in his profile looks Indian, so I'd say it's very likely that he learned English late in life.

well, at least he doesn't refer to himself as a warez dood, or anything like that.
well, not so far. what i would really like to know is: how the hell do newbies (n00bz, in my experience) cope with all the new terminoligy: it took me about a week to work out what lmao means, and other terms like lol, rofl, gr8, and, for that matter, b-u-t-full

"His name in his profile looks Indian"
Um, yeah, upon looking at more closely it does look other than English. LOL, I though it was the English female name "Naydeen" [sp?]

Thats an Indian name?
I think Naidean is actually Irish and therefore will have some weird Irish spelling that I can't remember. Ask Comwizz in YPN.

Eh? Comwizz is Irish?

He's Italian-Irish - so he may know, but I'm guessing here is not the place to discuss YPN regulars (therefore apologise for mentioning him).
