IPS format

I know a little about IPS format, but does anyone know where I can find an IPS creator/patcher C/C++ code?

Are you looking for information about the IPS patch file format? The first hit on Google is:http://zerosoft.zophar.net/ips.htm
The file format description is only 2 pages long so it should be a relatively easy task to implement it in code.

Thanks, but I already read that. I know about the format, but when i create an IPS, i just took a look to the output file and seen that somethings going different than it was described...or do i get to wear glasses again :)

I've written Java code for it, and that's the page I got the information from. The code is here: http://anyoneeb.ath.cx:83/jhack/net/starmen/pkhack/IPSFile.java . Note that the code is GPL'd.
