Hi, I'm wondering if there are any vauelble links about programming for TCP/IP. Information about books on this topic also will be a great value for me.

The canonical reference is Beej's guide. You can find it easily for searching for "Beej".

"Network Programming for Windows" (Microsoft Press) - really nice book about WinSock.

And when you're looking for some info on programming in win32, you should always check the MSDN library ( http://msdn.microsoft.com )
