movie editing

Posted by DanielPaval [send private reply] at May 25, 2003, 11:25:58 AM

I have to do some movie editing like cutting frames, adding other etc. What software do you reccomend me to use? It should be something easy to use as I don't have much time to do this.

Thanks!

Yah, its pretty easy for Win or Apple (hate both). Does any one know of some software for Linux though?

For Windows there's Ulead Media Studio which is quite good with a great feature list. If all you want to do is cut and add frames then you're set. For more advanced editting, Adobe Premiere is the way to go.

For GNU/Linux you can use Cineralla (http://heroinewarrior.com/cinelerra.php3). Although that is probably a bit too powerful...Kino (http://kino.schirmacher.de/) is probably good enough.
