Learning C

Does anybody know of any sites where I could learn C for free? I have used BASIC for about 2 years and am interested in moving up to C.

Oh, and if you need Windows compilers...
http://www.bloodshed.net --Dev-C++ is a nice C/C++ IDE, with the MingW port of the GCC C Compiler
http://www.digitalmars.com --The DMC; it's command lind based
