Is it possible for me to download TP from this site or anywhere else on the net?

Not this site. You can get older versions of it straight from Borland. It's in the 'museum' section of their community pages.
But I hope you realise that Turbo Pascal is very outdated as the only versions you will find works only on DOS. I suggest you try something (anything!) more modern.

A more modern option might be Dev-Pascal from http://www.bloodshed.net ; it uses the FreePascal compiler.
