Does Borland C++ builder v 4.0 make C++ easier like the Visual Basic program 6.0 makes the Visual basic programming language. Which one makes development of programs easier

BCB does make things alot easier. The only thing that I don't really like about it is the lack of infomation on it, I know there is alot, but not as near as much as for MSVC.

Yes and no... the Borland help that comes with it is fairly comprehensive, if you know what you're looking for.

It's not nice, not when compared to MSDN. The version I have lacks good STL docs that I've found, and for the VCL docs, some stuff has been very oddly worded, and once or twice, wrong.

Yes, some is... but if you specifically know exactly what you're looking for then it can be very helpful indeed.
