C++ and Sound

Hey does anyone know where I could get some working source code for sound in C++? (By sound I dont mean annoying beeps) I would like to be able the play WAVs with Borland's Free Compiler. Thank you!

use the sound api called Fmod at www.fmod.org free, fast, easy, high quality.
