How to use Macromedia ultradev for jsp with apache , Jserv and mysql

Is there someone to tell me how to use Macromedia Ultradev to make jsp, with Apache, Jserv and mysql

1) Ultradev is cool.
2) It can do JSP, just select "JSP" as your server model for your site (Look up some help if you don't know how to do that".
3) Apache is a webserver.... it is not at all relevant unless you are talking about using some funny extension. I don't know enough about JSP to really help you with setting up JSP on Apache. Just set the site root to be a folder inside the Apache document root (usually htdocs, or html).
4)Get MyODBC from the www.mysql.com site and create an ODBC datasource to your MySQL database, then use that datasource just as you would any other one in Ultradev.
5) Read the Manual/Help files.
