Opening and Saving .txt files in VB; Please Help

Please can you help me, i am a newish programmer and am making a notepad clone and want to be able to open and save files. Please can you spare the time to write some Easy to understand instructions on how to do so.

You need to use the Open, line input #, print #, and close statements. Look 'em up.
