How to handle Key Events in Internet Explorer browser?

Can you be a little more specific?

If you're talking about JavaScript, Netscape has a reference at http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/js/client/jsref/index.htm. Click Event Handlers on the left, and take a look at onKeyPress/Down/Up. I've never ueed them personally, so I don't know if they're implemented in IE... or even Netscape.
