Full Screen in Console

Im using win xp, just incase. Is there a function/command or anything to make a console window load to full screen?

umm I think you can specify the width and height, som aybe you could, so say emualte full screen. Not sure how I think there is a function in windows.h like COORD console_size = (80,25); for example. Cant say it will work i'm only a newbie programmer.

Theres a a command to maximize the dos window. It can never go fullscreen tho.

Presumably you want to do this programmatically; you might be able to use the windows SendKeys api to send an alt and an enter keystroke to the window. RTFM at MSDN for more information.

Also if you set a graphics mode it will automatically full screen it, like 13h. I have some asm code for doing that somewhere if you need it
