How different is VB 7 from VB 6?

There was an article in a mag that claims that the learning curve for VB7 is very steep even if u know VB 6 . Could anyone please explain why? What have they included in it??

There are a lot of changes in the way things work, which (quite stupidly) makes you unable to trust any of your knowlege of VB6 to work in VB.NET.

It's just another reason for little kids to stop trying to use VB and go to an actual programming language. But hey, if you still want to use VB, VB7 is made more for the web, but yet more advanced for normal Windows use. It uses WinForms instead of standard VB controls, and unfortuanatelly still uses the stupid runtime files.
