C++ Intermediate book

Does anyone know of a good book to read after Accelerated C++? i have loads of primer books, but i want something a little more intermediate now.

Just read "The C++ Programming Language" 3rd edition. If you can't get through it...

I was looking at some Meyer's books, like Effective C+ and Effective STL? anyone get them? are they any good? or what about Exceptional C++ (herb sutter)?

I have More Effective C++ from Meyer and think it quite good..
lots of examples ("gems"), explaining common potfalls/errors, how to make stuff run faster etc. worth taking a look at least :)
