Where can I get a Euphoria compiler?

I got Euphoria (Public Domain version), but it seems to only have an iterpreter. Does any one know of an open source Euphoria compiler???

i would also like to ask as to how to get a comprehensive list of c++ compilers which can be used for amateur purposes
