I need to know how to build a codding for display the information from txtfile using combobox.For examples i want to display by two combobox.Thanks.

in a combobox? you mean is the user slects a file name from the combo box it will display what is in the file?

if thats what your trying to do you want to open the text file and use the input command to get the content into a textbox. Then change the textbox visible property to false.

When the use selects the file name from the combobox change the textbox's visible property to true.
