Dual Monitor Graphics Card
Posted by AnyoneEB [send private reply] at August 07, 2002, 08:28:31 PM I'm currently looking into a new graphics card to replacemy 8 MB one. Since my server is only a few feet away, I'm interested a dual monitor card to steal my server's monitor. My brother has a dual monitor card which is here: http://matrox.com/mga/products/mill_g550/home.cfm which looks good.
Does anyone suggest a better one?
NOTE: My system has AGP 2x, Windows XP (might have Linux later), and a Pentium 3 935Mhz processor.

I got an nvidia xtasy at christmas time and it works pretty well in the PCI slot. I left my old matrox in the AGP slot and use it for the other smaller monitor. Everything I have runs with no problems. And as an example, I run Warcraft 3 at 1024x728 with everything on high, so I guess that is kind of a good endorcement.
