Hi guys... as i'm interested in perl heaps and stuff... i find it weird that i spend ages donwloading the stuff for perl... only to find out i need to donwload more stuff... anyway, that's all good... i don't mind.
What i want to know is how the hell do i install the modules. It says, "if you have any files with .xs, c, etc. you are on your own and can try compiling them yourself" What is up with that? How do i install them? (especially perl/tk)

Do you have files with xs and c?
If you have pm files, you can copy them to the modules directory... I don't know anything about perl/tk. - taubz

well buddy, I have your answer. CPAN.org ... if you have perl properly installed you can connect the proper way.
perl -MCPAN -e shell There should be no problem installing any module from there (Yes, I have used it for Perl/TK) -Kp2
