i have both windows me and redhat linux ver 7. each time i have to boot linux i should boot it through floppy. does anybody know how to make the system dual boot so that it asks for booting which partition in the start itself( i have seen it in my college it prompts for boot:)

boot into linux......type man lilo.conf, read it, edit it, and then run lilo to write the new config

linuxconf has a section on lilo. uhh...boot mode -> lilo > configure other OS. Something like that.
