Have new hard disk

Hi, i just got a new hard disk. 20gig 7200rpm... now, i was originally going to install linux on this but decided, i'll make my smaller disk drive for linux... now my hard disk seems stuff... i installed redhat, that was fine, but the problem is, i want to uninstall and restore the hard disk to its original condition, (ie: 1 big 20g partition)... how do i do this??? please please help

Low level bios format, or try just installing windows over the top...
Or you could write a program to overwrite your boot sector!
