I added a Programming Languages category, put in a link to the JavaScript reference that I mentioned in another post, and put the article that paramod submitted on dynamic class loading in Java into that category. (I had to reformat it for the DevLocus crazy XML system, so that's why my name is on it - Psion, can we fix this? Normal approval of articles wasn't working I don't think...)

Also, I took the responses from the question on what programming language is best and made a quick start based on it.
