well, this makes me wonder. why dont people ever go to www.google.com and type in what they want to look for? i just searched for 'free shell account' and got quite a few matches.
To save you time, a for a good shell account do the following: Start telnet, then make a new connection to a remote system. telnet to 'sdf.lonestar.org' port 'telnet' terminal type 'vt100'. Then when it asks you to log in, just type in new. Marc
