Programmers needed

Black Orb Studios(formerly Broad Sword Software) is expanding. One of our teams will continue to work on our rts, while our new team(my team) will work on a non-linear RPG. Currently we have a few programmers, a few modellers, and two composers, but we definetly need more. Especially since this game had only been approved last week, we have only been recruiting for a few days. We may also be getting a few staff from our sister team that is creating an RTS.
The game puts you in position like a normal medieval strategy game, the king has died without an heir. The kingdom is been split into feuding baronies. Conquer the country, then move on to the other ones. Only the game is not played as a strategy game, it is played with an RPG. You must conquer the areas in first person. Spy in first person, or talk with you spys in first person. People will treat you differently mattering on your deeds and how famous you are. Also, how they treat you can change mattering on how you have dealt with other people. For instance, if a women's cousin was the blacksmith you killed in the last town, she just might be more hostile towards you because of it. In this way everything becomes a large web, which means as soon as you do something, lots and lots of things change.
I still need more people, especially Programmers. Please respond at tylerjohns@hotmail.com

Trust me it's not like it at all. Anyone that is interested in working on the project can talk to me and I will explain it more in depth.
