I went it switched the site over to it! If someone suggests alternate colors, I can just change them in the style sheet at http://www.tpu.org/tpu.css .

I agree with Penguine, the light red looks very... girly. Can you use the exact same color as the background for the postings? (DDDDFF)
Otherwise, I actually like it a lot. I think the QuickStart guides might be better off closer to the top, above the member site listings. I'm afriad no one will see them... - taubz
