didn't he mention something about mplayer? I heard about them (i think some games allow you to use mplayer as the primary "host", so mplayer has to be quite big). Wonder if it's the same "mplayer" though.

/me notes how another chat system is useless when you can just use Jabber, set up your own jabber server, and then add your own client specific extensions .... www.jabber.org [under a BSD-ish license too for those of you that want to write evil software]

unknown_lamer: It may be pointless as a system, but the development may not. After all, if you always had to make stuff that has never been done before, I don't think a lot of us would get much programming done.. Sometimes you gotta create something just for the sake of creating..

In this case, with the whole using VB for it and stuff, I'll have to agree, though. :)

Ah I hear your all talking about my company. (lol)
You may think this is all a hoax but its not! We got the beta working and Jay I will reply to your e-mail very soon.

A Whole new web site (www.mplayer-uk.co.uk)
And a forum.

We are buying more servers soon but the main thing is to get the chat up and running. Beta testers will be helpful so please send info to bluesboss@hotmail.com
