How to set up "upload" directory using Apache web server

The title pretty much says it all, BTW my server is at:
chollman82.ath.cx whenever I am online anyways (stupid dial-up)

I suppose it's possible in the specs, but what browser supports direct uploading to a directory?
What you want is a form to submit files with. Get the cgi-lib215.pl library. - taubz

AH! taubz! do not say that!
CodeRed, use CGI.pm. It has build in upload features, and is NOT done in Perl4.
